Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive:

• An order confirmation email after checkout

• A tracking email as soon as your order ships

Please note: During sales, holidays, or new arrivals, processing times may be slightly extended — but we promise we’re working as fast as we can!

 

Free Shipping

🎉 We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

If your order qualifies, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout — no code needed!

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please remember that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever is the best option for your location.

 

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Wild Wayne and Kay Co LLC is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

• Delays caused by incomplete address information

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

 

Once your order leaves our hands and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Of course, we’re always happy to help guide you through filing a claim.


 

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
